Travel Policy

**$.95 per mile for any events outside of 50 mile radius from our office. 
**If the drive is longer than 2 hours we will require over night accommodation at an approved hotel by M4U Events. 
**Out of state events more than 4 hours of drive will require flights for part of the team members.
** Additional travel costs may apple if the setup requires us to use a box truck to transport equipment.

Yes, we understand the complexities of scheduling such events, Our booking management portal provides ease of managing clear communication with real time updates for all parties involved and we work with you to update information along the way ahead of time. We require approximate start and end times at booking for logistical planning. Exact timings can be provided a month before the wedding.

For weddings and receptions, we recommend booking 6 months to a year in advance. Smaller events are typically booked 3-4 months ahead, though we can accommodate shorter notice if availability permits.
