DAY ONE: Sangeet Night
The pre-wedding celebrations kicked off in true style with an energetic and vibrant Sangeet night. This wasn’t just an event—it was an immersive experience.

This dance floor was the centerpiece of the evening—fully customized and wrapped to reflect Nilesh & Avina’s personal style. Our team handled setup and breakdown, ensuring a stress-free experience so the couple and their guests could fully enjoy a night of dancing, laughter, and joyful celebration.
DAY TWO: The Wedding Day Experience
From the high-energy Baraat to the heartwarming wedding ceremony and the stunning evening reception, every moment of the second day was carefully orchestrated to perfection.
💃 Baraat Highlights:
The Baraat becomes a high-energy procession brought to life with a live DJ set up on a van or truck, creating a moving soundtrack that builds excitement as the groom’s party makes its way forward. A full sound system ensures the music carries through the streets with clarity and impact, setting the perfect festive atmosphere. Alongside this, a professional MC keeps the crowd engaged, energized, and connected, guiding the celebration with lively interaction and seamless flow.
💍 Wedding Ceremony:
The wedding ceremony was supported by a dedicated DJ/MC and a full sound system, ensuring every word, vow, and moment was heard clearly by all guests. With both a wireless handheld microphone and a clip-on lapel microphone, the audio remained crisp and consistent throughout, allowing the couple’s voices and emotions to carry effortlessly across the space.

The reception was powered by a veteran DJ with over a decade of experience alongside a skilled Master of Ceremony, ensuring seamless transitions and an unforgettable flow throughout the night. A 4–6 speaker state-of-the-art sound system filled the room with rich, balanced audio, while our Total Immersion Lighting Design transformed the venue into a fully immersive experience. Supported by a professional lighting technician operating a DMX controller, the production featured 8 intelligent moving head lights for choreographed effects, 6 vertical trusses with T-bars, 8 intelligent washers for dynamic mood shifts, 2 Leko lights for elegant stage highlighting, and 30 fully controlled LED uplights, creating a breathtaking atmosphere from entrances to the final dance.
